God's plan for our work, rest, sexuality, gender, singleness and marriage

Dear Mosaic Family,One of my absolute favorite things about Holy Scripture is how consistently relevant it is to modern life. The Word of God is truly always timely because it has always been timeless.

As we look at Genesis chapter 2 tomorrow, I'm blown away about how much it has to say to Bostonians today. Genesis chapter 1 describes God's general purpose in creation. Genesis chapter 2 explains his more specific purposes for our lives. God reveals to us his plan for our work, rest, gender, sexuality, singleness, and marriage. Are we going to cover all those hot-button issues tomorrow? Yup. And you don't want to miss it!

In order to best prepare yourself for the sermon tomorrow, please read Genesis 2. Looking forward to worshiping with you!

Praying for you! Pastor Jan

P.S. Tomorrow, we'll be introducing our church planting resident, Ivey Rhodes, at all three services. To learn more about Ivey, his beautiful family, and God's call on their life to plant a church in the Boston area, click here.
