Jesus among our Doubts
Dear Mosaic Boston Family,
This weekend we are launching a new sermon series called Jesus among other gods. Over the next several weeks we’ll be taking a look at how Jesus compares to other major worldviews and religions. On Sunday, we begin by investigating Jesus himself.
Who did Jesus claim to be?
What evidence is there to support his claims?
How do we explain the origins of the Christian faith?
As C. S. Lewis wrote, “Christianity, if false, is of no importance, and if true, of infinite importance. The only thing it cannot be is moderately important.”
Do we actually have any good evidence to support the veracity of our beliefs? This is what we’ll be diving into on Sunday! Pastor Jan and I are praying that this series will address some of your doubts, encourage your faith, and equip you to share and defend your faith with truth and love. We’re also hoping that through this series some will begin exploring Christianity for the very first time. This will be a great opportunity to invite your friends, neighbors, and coworkers.
